Inside Sales, Coatings & Construction


IMCD Nordic are recruiting for an employee in Inside Sales, Coatings & Construction in Helsingør, Denmark.

About the position:
The role involves order processing and monitoring, as well as logistics and procurement. In addition you will support our Sales Managers with various tasks within Coatings & Construction, one of our Nordic business units. You will be responsible for planning and processing orders, purchasing, and receiving notifications from suppliers and carriers, along with related administrative tasks. As part of Coatings & Construction, you will work with Danish customers and closely collaborate with sales representatives, to win opportunities by close and fast follow up on projects, samples and other customer needs. We foster open and honest dialogue with short decision-making paths. Our environment promotes a positive atmosphere where everyone's opinions are equally valued and respected.

We are open to discuss the possibility of remote work for someone that do not live within commuting distance to Helsingør.

Skills and experience:
You ideally have some experience in sales support and logistics within B2B. Alternatively, you may have recently completed a higher education degree with a commercial/logistics focus.
Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written, is required. It is advantageous (but not necessary) if you also have proficiency in other Nordic languages, both spoken and written.

We look for someone who thrives in a flexible and evolving environment, actively participating in daily work and contributing with initiative and commitment. Experience with larger business systems and strong data skills are essential.

You possess a good business/economic understanding and communicate naturally and accurately. The role requires a high degree of independence, so you excel in planning and prioritizing tasks with a strong sense of responsibility.
