Lead Group FP&A and shape COWI’s Future
The Group FP&A team plays a pivotal role in improving our performance management, turning data into insights that guide action. Through a team of four specialists, you will elevate Group FP&A as a driver of profitable growth, uniting expert planning, insight, and strategy. You will report to the Head of Group FP&A and Value Steering and partner with the Finance Leadership Team to translate strategic initiatives into financial targets.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Own and develop our value steering framework translating COWI's strategy into a steering logic embedded in strategic and financial steering processes.
- Provide input to and operationalise mid-term planning process.
- Manage the target setting, annual budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes across the group.
- Optimise FP&A processes through automation, standardisation, best practices and tool implementation.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly business performance reviews to Executive Management and the Board, while identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across COWI to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
- Business partner to Group CFO and CEO, delivering ad-hoc fact-based analyses and insights.
- Develop and maintain group-wide performance dashboards and KPIs in collaboration with BI & Insights
- Cultivate a culture of curiosity, transparency, and growth.

On top of that, you likely have:
- A master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or other relevant discipline.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis within a global organisation, with a demonstrated track record of effectively and collaboratively managing corporate-level financial processes.
- Established proficiency in business partnering, effective strategic thinking and business acumen, and ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Proven track record working with senior management and solid communication capabilities.
- High initiative, personal motivation and ability to implement change.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial management and accounting principles, supported by a solid technical toolbox.
