We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced tax professional to join our Equity Compensation Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing tax aspects of our equity compensation programs globally. This includes ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations, supporting employees with clear guidance, and managing all payroll and reporting obligations triggered by equity-related events.
You will work closely with external tax advisors, payroll providers, and internal stakeholders across multiple countries – blending deep tax knowledge with operational excellence and employee communication.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Partner with external tax advisors and local payrolls to ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations
- Analyze and implement tax-efficient strategies for equity plans (RSUs, PSUs, Warrants)
- Monitor and assess the impact of global tax law changes on our equity programs
- Provide clear and practical tax guidance to employees and executives
- Coordinate with external providers to support employee tax filings and compliance
- Create and deliver educational materials and communication tools for employee understanding
- Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate handling of equity-related transactions
- Minimum 8 years of experience in mobility tax, international taxation, equity compensation, or tax advisory
- In-depth understanding of global tax rules and practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Tax, Finance, or related discipline
