We are currently looking for a General Office Administrator to manage administrative duties and payroll tasks in a hybrid role split between on-site and remote work.
Job Description / Main Tasks
- Perform general office tasks: filing, scheduling, answering phones and emails
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Handle communication with vendors and internal teams
- Administer monthly salary and payroll for employees
- Record deductions, leave, taxes, and bonuses correctly
- Ensure compliance with Danish labor laws and timely salary payments
- Maintain employee confidentiality and answer salary-related questions
- Assist management with reporting and internal communication
Qualifications
Required:
- Familiarity with Danish payroll systems and regulations
- Good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Danish (written) will be an addon.
Preferred:
- Experience with payroll systems such as Danløn, Dataløn, or Visma.
- Knowledge of basic HR procedures
- Basic experience with accounting systems such as Billy.
We Offer
- Full-time permanent position (37 hours/week)
- Monthly gross salary between 36,000 kr. Til 40,000 kr. depending on qualifications
