Enterprise Account Executive at Ardoq

Be the driving force behind Ardoq’s growth in Norway and France - two high-potential markets where your enterprise sales expertise will shape our success and accelerate international expansion.

Why this role matters

This role sits at the heart of Ardoq’s European growth strategy. As our Enterprise Account Executive for Norway and France, you’ll be instrumental in unlocking new revenue and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in two of our most important markets. Your insights will help us win complex deals - and refine how we scale.

We’re not looking for someone to just close business. We need a strategic partner who can spot opportunities, influence buying decisions, and deliver real value to some of the region’s most innovative organisations. You’ll make a visible impact and be part of a bold team shaping our future across Europe.

On a typical day, you will

  • Pinpoint and prioritise target accounts through deep territory analysis
  • Partner with BDRs to build a strong, quality pipeline (ensuring 4X coverage per quarter)
  • Lead multi-stakeholder deals from discovery to close, owning the sales cycle end-to-end
  • Translate complex challenges into clear value, using ROI modelling and business cases
  • Collaborate with partners to create and convert opportunities
  • Keep CRM and Clari up to date with accurate data, forecasts, and insights

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years closing complex enterprise deals (+5K employees), especially in tech
  • Proven success engaging CIOs, CTOs, and senior tech decision-makers
  • Experience with business case or mutual value creation and managing high-stakes negotiations
  • Confident in account planning, stakeholder mapping, and outbound strategy
  • Experience working with BDRs and partners to grow and convert pipeline
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Norwegian or French is a strong bonus
