Core Responsibilities
- Lead the centralized supplier risk management team, overseeing risk analytics, reporting, technology integration and the supplier onboarding risk management process.
- Develop and implement the overall supplier risk management strategy in collaboration with category teams.
- Serve as the key point of contact for senior procurement leadership, providing updates on supplier risks and mitigation strategies.
- Establish key performance indicators and standardized reporting metrics for supplier risk across the organization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Risk Teams, finance, legal, IT) to ensure a holistic approach to supplier risk management.
- Identify industry trends, emerging risks, and best practices to continuously improve the supplier risk management process.
- Provide crisis management support during supply chain disruptions or high-risk supplier events.

The Supplier Risk Management team sits within our Procurement Transformation function and plays a critical role in supporting category teams across Procurement. By providing risk analytics, standardized processes, and enabling technologies, the team ensures that supplier decisions are made with visibility, confidence, and resilience in mind. This role directly supports the company’s broader commitment to responsible sourcing, operational continuity, and strategic supplier partnerships. By working closely with Legal, Risk, Finance, and IT, the Director will help shape a proactive approach to supplier risk that not only protects the business but also empowers innovation, agility, and long-term value creation.
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or risk management.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Expertise in risk analysis, supplier management tools, and procurement technology.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
