Your Role
As a recent graduate, you will be a key member of the Digital Operations Team, reporting directly to the area manager. You will learn problem-solving, testing new developments, improving processes, educating and supporting new users, and generally contributing to our digital transformation. You will collaborate closely with different stakeholders to ensure compliance and consistency in our application systems.
Main Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Support user and platform requirements specifications and learn to describe configurable parameters.
- Run simulations in test environments and understand functional design related to the Master Production Record.
- Evaluate functional specifications, understand design questions, and learn to describe parameters accurately.
- Learn to develop and edit standard procedures and work instructions.
- Create instructions for workflows.
- Participate in User Acceptance Test protocols and define test scopes, including DeltaV, Syncade, and SAP interfaces.
- Assist in User Acceptance Test execution and incident reporting.
- Communication, training, and change management skills.
- Support implementation, transition, and hypercare activities on the manufacturing floor.
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
- Recent graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Pharmacy, or similar fields.
- Interest in manufacturing processes within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
