Your Role at a Glance
As a Breakfast Chef in Part time you contribute to the 'unique' experience of the guest through the preparation of your breakfast buffet. You are expected to prepare dishes according to NH recipes and occasionally according to your own recipes. You prepare dishes by means of à la minute cooking methods and according to the NH standards regarding ingredients, recipes, working methods, and presentation. In addition, you are responsible for planning your daily activities and ordering ingredients and other stock replenishments. You monitor compliance with health & safety regulations and are responsible for cleaning your own workstation.
