Work confidently with raw fish and portion with precision
Prepare nigiri, sashimi, maki , and inside-out rolls at a high level
Maintain a fast pace without compromising on quality or hygiene
Follow kitchen routines and prep standards consistently
Thrive in busy restaurants with a strong team spirit
Experience is a must – we expect you to bring solid knowledge and confidence to the role from day one.
