We are a leading global mid-market M&A and Corporate Finance advisor, providing our services to shareholders, corporates, private equity funds, and executives on exciting M&A engagements.
The role
As an analyst your primary tasks will be:
- Analysis of markets, sectors and companies
- Assist on sell and buy-side pitches, presentations and ongoing engagements
- Assist on valuation of companies
- Assist on financial modelling projects
- Other ad hoc analysis
- Weekly workload will be about 15-20 hours with flexibility during exam periods
About you
We seek qualified and skilled people with the following qualifications:
- You are on your last year of your bachelor's degree or have just recently started your master's degree in finance, economics or similar
- Relevant academic background
- Open-minded with a positive and 'can-do' mindset
- Professional analytical skills including experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Danish is a prerequisite
