You will offer Retail solutions or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts for Denmark.
What you will do:
- Be the growth engine of the Retail Global Industry Unit, actively prospecting and identifying high-value potential clients.
- You will be responsible of the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with sole emphasis on new business sales.
- Handling strategic accounts and relationships across the team.
- Drive Pipeline development through customer visits, campaigns, collaboration with other Oracle LOBs and Partners.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure coverage within the designated territory.
- Engage with Customers to position Oracle Retail solutions through strategic value-based selling, case definition, return on investment analysis, references and analyst data.
- Accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting to the senior management.
- Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
- Build long term strong relationship in the market with key stakeholders.
What you will bring:
- Minimum of 5 years of full cycle software selling experience in a new business development role (experience selling applications to retail industry is a big plus).
- Danish speaking and fluent in English
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Elite communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Tenacious spirit and a results-oriented mindset.

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
