You’ll be part of the TSA and Warranty Management team where you will work alongside colleagues in the UK, Denmark, the US and Taiwan. Our diverse team brings together technical, legal, and commercial specialists with the expertise to address industry-shaping warranty cases. You’ll play an important role in:

• coordinating technical, commercial, and legal warranty claims, ensuring supplier compliance with contractual obligations
• leading and supporting warranty claim processes, including investigations and stakeholder engagement
• applying technical, legal, and commercial insights to support effective claim resolution
• facilitating defect investigations and technical assessments
• supporting negotiations and offering guidance to achieve fair and constructive outcomes
• contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.

To succeed in the role, you:

• possess a master’s degree in engineering, business administration, law, or equivalent experience, ideally with exposure to contract management
• work in a highly structured manner demonstrating attention to detail
• demonstrate strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential challenges
• demonstrate a collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with people across diverse functions, and cultures
• thrive on seeing technical issues from a legal and commercial viewpoint and finding the optimal technical, legal and commercial solution via negotiations or legal escalation
• demonstrate strong negotiation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
