About the Role
Join our Technical Support team in Hillerød (DP-Maintenance) - a rapidly growing team comprised of highly skilled and experienced professionals. As we prepare our Hillerød Site for full aseptic drug product manufacturing capabilities, we invite you to be part of our journey in introducing and implementing comprehensive production systems. In 3-6 months, our operations will be fully functional, presenting an excellent opportunity for you to make a lasting impact, ensuring world-class availability and reliability across our DP production equipment, including a filling line, wash and sterilization, AVI, and formulation equipment.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with expertise in aseptic production and filling lines, plus knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Working closely with the team, you will be integral in equipment startup, creating maintenance programs, and supporting the reliable operation of our DP production. We currently have one day shift role and one evening shift role.
Your primary tasks will include:
Troubleshooting and repairing the production equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Supporting investigations related to deviations.
- Assessing and updating the spare parts list, ensuring correct inventory.
- Participating in procedure and maintenance plan updates.
- Collaborating with external service suppliers.
- Transitioning to a permanent evening shift after the training period.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience with maintenance in a Drug Product production.
- Educational background as an electrician, machine fitter, auto mechanic, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on pharmaceutical production equipment.
- An interest in both theoretical and practical problem-solving, ensuring proper documentation of solutions.
- A strong customer focus, enthusiasm (Genki), and a drive towards innovative technical solutions.
