As a Product Manager at BLÜCHER, you will play an essential role in shaping and managing our product portfolio. Your work will contribute directly to improving solutions for our customers, bridging technical possibilities with practical needs. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across departments and geographies and be part of exciting initiatives such as our global Industry Centers and the BLÜCHER Academy. Your Responsibilities
As Product Manager, you will take on a broad and exciting range of tasks, working both strategically and operationally. You’ll be a key player in product development and cross-functional collaboration.
Your responsibilities will include:
Contribute with technical and commercial input to your assigned Industry Centre
Co-develop product roadmaps in partnership with commercial stakeholders
Gather and translate customer feedback into clear product directions
Define product requirements based on market needs and feasibility (VOC)
Support new product development with a collaborative and curious mindset
Share knowledge through training and contribute to BLÜCHER Academy content
Maintain product documentation and ensure consistency in our offering
Support international sales with technical guidance and insight
Represent BLÜCHER in customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events
Experience and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine you have a solid technical understanding and enjoy working at the intersection of technology, business, and collaboration. You are curious, structured, and a strong communicator across disciplines.
We would like you to have:
A technical Bachelor’s degree (e.g. engineering, product design, or similar) is preferred
Alternatively, 5+ years of practical, hands-on experience within a relevant technical area
Knowledge of plumbing or drainage systems is a plus – if you don’t have it yet, we’ll make sure you’re trained and supported
Experience in product management, technical sales, or similar roles
Technical understanding with strong communication skills
Fluent English – both written and spoken – for working across teams globally
Proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork
Structured mindset with both strategic and hands-on perspective
Comfortable navigating cross-functional projects via StageGate tool
