About Finance Transformation
Finance Transformation in Deloitte is the number one service provider within finance consulting and advisory in Denmark. We work within the entire CFO spectrum and help clients operate, optimise and transform their finance functions. We have national and international clients of various sizes from different industries. We thrive on client interaction and satisfaction, and the foundation will always remain the same: our real passion for the CFO area.
The Reporting & Analytics Team
As a part of the Finance Transformation department, our overall purpose in the Reporting & Analytics team is to deliver value to our clients by leveraging digital technologies. This includes working with management reporting, process automation and data modelling and visualisation. We primarily work with Excel (Power query & VBA programming), and Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. However, we are continuously exploring new tools and applications.
Our team consists of more than 15 Associate Analysts and experienced consultants who will enable your development through close sparring. You will get to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization, where the tone is informal, geekery is encouraged and the colleagues are fun, competent, and supporting. We prioritize collaboration, diversity and curiosity.
Job Description
Exciting tasks await you
As a student assistant, internally called Associate Analyst, you will have the opportunity to engage directly with clients, potentially working at their sites to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions, which is key to our consulting approach. - Development of financial models and reports
- Optimisation and automation of financial processes
- Development of applications to digitalize finance functions
We expect you to work approximately 15 - 20 hours per week but will of course adjust your tasks according to your studies and exams.
Qualifications
You have the following skills and experience
We are looking for people who have a flair for finance, are curious about tech and eager to explore the combination of the two. Your line of study and prior experience are not the most important factors. We are more interested in your strong analytical skills combined with an engaged, structured, and curious personality.
You are also:
- Either a master's programme student with more than six months left or a bachelor's student in the final year of your programme
- Interested in learning (or already familiar with) our core tools (see above)
