Role Description

Your role
You will be responsible for:
- Helping us facilitate collaboration across IT and ensuring clear communication channels, including content creation and execution.
- Organizing and supporting IT events and meetings, including aligning with key stakeholders, drafting agendas and creating engaging meeting content.
- Handling various ad hoc communications and governance tasks to support the team, including managing our SharePoint site and driving content for our Teams channel.
- Supporting our IT project department, by handling ad hoc tasks related to project governance and managing the team meeting calendar.
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- You are currently pursuing a degree in communications, IT, or a related field at a university.
- You have a keen interest in corporate communications, project governance, and process optimization, and are eager to learn about these areas in a global pharmaceutical company.
- You have a technical flair and are comfortable working with IT tools and platforms or are willing to learn. If you have experience with Office 365 that will be of great value.
- You are organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Experience with video creation is a plus.

Working Hours: 15 hours per week on average, with flexible working hours (we will have peak periods where we need you more, and we also expect you to have peak periods in your studies, such as during exam periods).
