As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Strategy Coordinator to help anchor and execute our strategy through strong storytelling and coordination across our senior leadership team. Your work will ensure that our strategic direction is clearly communicated and consistently anchored across the organization, empowering leaders and teams to stay aligned, informed, and focused on delivering impactful results.
Shaping our future direction
As Strategy Coordinator, you will play a central role in driving strategic alignment and engagement across Demant’s global Hearing Care organization by coordinating key leadership forums, crafting compelling communication, and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives.
You will be part of the global Hearing Care Strategy and Projects team where we work with data and insights to develop our strategy and deliver on our strategy through projects. You will work closely with the Hearing Care Senior Leadership Team. You will also work with colleagues in the global Commercial Excellence team and other global functions. As well as senior stakeholders in our 25+ markets.
Joining us your primary focus will be to:

Drive planning and execution of monthly meetings and annual key events for our most senior leaders across 25+ countries. You’ll work closely with leadership to create engaging experiences, mobilize speakers, and support the development of presentation materials.

Responsible for coordination and development of presentation materials for the Demant Board of Directors, ensuring clarity and consistency in strategic messaging.

Lead monthly Townhalls for the global Hearing Care team, ensuring timely communication and follow-up on strategic priorities.

Plan and execute Commercial Excellence (ComEx) meetings and events, such as the Sales Manager Community meeting and Sales Summit, in close collaboration with the ComEx leadership team.

Responsible for communication and change management for strategic initiatives, working closely with project managers to ensure alignment and engagement.

Provide executive support to the Hearing Care Senior Leadership Team for their monthly full-day meetings, including agenda planning, speaker coordination, and follow-up on actions.

Contribute to various tasks within the Strategy & Projects team, supporting the development and delivery of our strategic priorities.

The role is based at our corporate headquarters in Smørum, Denmark with flexibility to work from home.
Are you our new colleague?
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and is passionate about strategic communication and coordination. Ideally, you bring:

A master’s degree in business, communication, strategy, or a related field.

1-4 years of experience in a strategy, communication, project management, or executive support role—preferably in a global or matrixed organization.

Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging messages

Experience with planning and executing leadership meetings or events, including agenda setting, content development, and stakeholder coordination.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint);

Fluency in English—both written and spoken—is essential.
