We are seeking a Strategic Workforce Lead to join our Strategy innovation & Traction team within Group Functions in Technology & Services (T&S).
In T&S Group Functions we are 600+ professionals working across the Nordics, Lithuania, and India (partnership with Infosys). We deliver IT solutions for our business functions: Risk, Finance, Compliance, and HR, as well as seamless HR Services to all employees.
As our Strategic Workforce Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and executing a sourcing and shoring strategy for T&S Group Functions. Your goal will be to ensure that the T&S Group Functions has the right capabilities in place, leverages both internal and external talent effectively, meets financial targets, and delivers on the business strategy. By integrating the bank’s new approach to Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) and using it as a tool, you will align T&S Group Functions’ workforce strategy with our long-term objectives.

You will:
- Conduct a thorough assessment of the current workforce and vendor landscape to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities
- Develop a sourcing and shoring strategy for T&S Group Functions, focusing on both internal workforce and external vendors/partners
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure that T&S Group Functions has the right skills and capabilities to deliver on its strategic objectives
- Integrate sourcing and shoring strategies with Strategic Workforce Planning to create a cohesive approach to workforce optimisation
- Identify and mitigate risks and coping strategies associated with workforce planning and sourcing & shoring
About you:
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with problem-solving skills and has a keen interest in workforce optimisation. You are a strong communicator, capable of influencing stakeholders across different levels of the organisation and have a proactive and collaborative approach to driving change.
We expect you to have:
- 3+ years of experience of strategic development, where you have built strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex data to inform strategic decisions
- You have an understanding of staff augmentation and external vendor models
- A relevant educational background in strategy development, while knowledge within human resources and financials are an advantage
- Experience with Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) or similar concept/tools is an advantage
- Advanced English language skills

This position can be located both in Lithuania and Denmark. If you are hired in Lithuania, the applicable salary range will be from 2560 to 3840 EUR monthly (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
