Purpose of the Role: The overall mission of the team is to provide strategic planning and executive support to promote leadership excellence and organization growth. Specifically, the team’s purpose is twofold:
- Drive the Transformation: Accelerate and sustain TDC NET’s transition into a prominent customer-centric green tech company.
- Empower Leadership: Provide the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Board of Directors (BoD) with comprehensive, data-driven insights for strategic and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Executive Office, providing insight, analysis, and recommendations to advance corporate priorities.
- Ensure the seamless execution of Board, Executive Leadership Team, and other senior leadership meetings and events.
- Prepare high-impact materials for the Board and ELT, distilling complex topics into clear, actionable messages.
- Represent the Executive Office in strategic discussions and decision-making forums, ensuring a consistent and aligned corporate narrative.
- Refine strategies based on performance data, outcomes, and stakeholder feedback.
- Monitor internal and external developments that could influence the priorities and responsibilities of the Executive Office.
By the end of the first three months, you are expected to have developed a strong understanding of our mission, culture, strategy, transformation journey, and governance processes, while building solid relationships with key stakeholders and executive management. You will also be expected to work both independently and collaboratively to address challenges, create synergies across STSP teams, and proactively contribute to delivering on priorities.

About you
Requirements:
- Strategic Thinking and Planning: +6 yrs experience developing and executing strategic plans, with an ability to connect the dots across business functions, anticipate challenges, and translate vision into actionable initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: demonstrated effectiveness in managing and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, particularly senior leadership.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to synthesize complex information, identify patterns, and develop pragmatic solutions
- Project Management: +5 yrs of experience overseeing cross-functional initiatives, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects from concept to completion.
- Executive Communication: Skilled in distilling information into clear, concise messages and visually compelling presentations for executive audiences.
- Cross-Cultural Experience: Effective in navigating and collaborating within diverse, multicultural environments.
- Fluency in English: Advanced written and verbal communication skills required
Additional Skills:
- Financial Acumen and Digital Literacy: Comprehensive understanding of financial principles and proficiency with digital tools.
- Change Management and Resilience: Experience guiding organizational change initiatives and maintaining effectiveness under shifting priorities or setbacks.
- Willingsness and Curiosity: Willing to adjust strategies based on new information with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Relationship Building and Critical Thinking: Ability to cultivate effective working relationships and approach challenges with clear, professional judgment.
