We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team of product makers and marketers. Your role will involve directing the development of a particular product category, creating meaningful customer experiences, and actively participating in promoting business growth.
Join our FalCom division, a vital part of GN, and help us deliver high-quality products that empower our users and customers to perform at their best. Our advanced hearing protection and communication solutions enable special operations, military, law enforcement, and security personnel to communicate in the most extreme environments - all while providing reliable hearing protection.
The team you will be part of
In this role, you will have the freedom to manage your projects and the opportunity to contribute significantly to our product portfolio and business growth. As a pivotal member of our team, you will report to Head of Product Management, Henning Toft Schwarz, and play an essential role in enhancing our innovative solutions within your product area.
At our main office in Ballerup, Denmark, you will be part of our engaged Product Management team within the FalCom division. Our work environment focuses on innovation and cross-functional collaboration with colleagues across the entire organization.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
- Manage a specific product category, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Understand users, customers and market dynamics to develop a clear product vision
- Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Marketing to deliver innovative solutions
- Support go-to-market strategies to maximize product impact
- Analyse customer needs and market trends to create customer-centric solutions
- Ensure transparency and alignment in product development
- Utilize technology to refine products and develop competitive messaging
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you have:
- Several years of experience as a Product Manager with effective product launches in B2B or B2C markets
- Engaged stakeholder engagement and ability to simplify complex concepts
- Deep understanding of engineering, product lifecycle, and business drivers
- The ability to efficiently manage complex product development
- Experience within start-ups or the Defence/law enforcement sectors
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, Engineering, with business qualification
