Are you passionate about shaping category strategy and driving commercial impact?
Join our global Revenue Management & Pricing team and play a pivotal role in driving the next phase of commercial growth. You’ll help shape the pricing strategy across key levers and pressure test recommendations with the wider business leads all while contributing to the management of a multi-billion DKK customer investment budget.
You'll play an instrumental role in ensuring an effective price setting process across a number of markets within the LEGO Group’s business as well as the development and implementation of a global pricing strategy!

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location in Billund and 2 days from home.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Support the price setting process for several markets.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the global pricing strategy.
Be super-user of our SAP based pricing system.
Execute various pricing related tasks/analysis/etc.
Partner with key teams across marketing, promotions, membership, and demand planning to develop effective category and audience plans.
Leverage customer, shopper, and market data to uncover insights and identify category growth opportunities at both micro and macro levels.
Do you have what it takes.
Proven pricing experience working in global facing role, across cross-cultural environments, such as within Retail, FMCG, CPG or Toys & Entertainment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – able to interpret complex data, generate insights, and turn them into actionable recommendations.
Solid understanding of financial principles including pricing elasticity, ROI, P&L impact, and investment efficiency.
Experience with digital tools or platforms related to commercial or investment management.
Experience working with or supporting pricing governance, global deployment, and localized implementation (e.g. currency, tariff, volume differences)
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally familiarity with data visualization or BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
Deep understanding of consumer behaviour, the retail landscape, and commercial levers.
Solid written and verbal communication abilities in English.
