Drive transparent communication with global investors
Do you want to shape how a leading company in the green energy transition communicates with the global financial markets? At NKT, we are looking for a Senior Investor Relations Manager to join our Finance team in Brøndby. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring transparent, timely, and strategic communication with investors and analysts, helping to strengthen NKT’s equity story and market presence. You’ll collaborate closely with Executive Management and key internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial reporting and investor engagement. Ensure strategic investor relations and financial transparency
As Senior Investor Relations Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and communicating NKT’s financial performance to the equity market. You will lead the development of quarterly and annual reports, earnings calls, investor presentations, and capital market events. Your role will be central in maintaining strong relationships with analysts and investors, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
Your responsibility will be to:
- Prepare and write quarterly and annual financial reports in collaboration with Group Finance and Communications
- Develop earnings call materials and communication strategies
- Organize and participate in investor roadshows and capital market events
- Maintain and update the investor relations section on NKT.com
- Analyze competitors and industry trends to support strategic messaging
You will report to the VP, Head of Investor Relations and be based in Brøndby. Travel of approximately 20–25 days per year, both domestic and international, should be expected.
Strategic communicator with financial acumen and executive presence
You are a confident and detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring a high level of integrity, a structured approach to your work, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders. Your ability to translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives makes you a trusted partner to both internal teams and external investors.
You also have:
- A Master’s degree in Finance or a related field
- Several years of relevant experience, for example in investor relations, finance, strategy, or similar roles
- A keen interest in financial markets and the external environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent English communication skills, Danish language is a plus
