Working closely with Sales and Factories (incl distribution centers), your mission as a Senior Manager Customer Service is to ensure efficient, standardized processes and a high-quality customer experience
You are an experienced people manager with a proven track record of leading, coaching, and inspiring teams to achieve outstanding results. Your background includes managing global or multi-site project management teams and thriving in complex customer service environments, where balancing diverse stakeholder needs requires exceptional communication and networking skills. You are adept at navigating dynamic, fast-paced settings, building trust, and maintaining strong connections, even as a virtual manager, ensuring your team remains engaged and empowered to succeed.
- Lead and develop an international team, engage in driving, high performance, and operational excellence.
- Oversee and continuously improve order handling processes (SAP) while ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant order fulfillment, including dual-use export regulations.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and management peers to address operational needs and ensure smooth, efficient workflows.
- Manage claims and enhance front-end processes to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Serve as the functional process owner for Project Management, defining standards, ensuring process adherence, and enabling consistent project execution across all sites.
- Drive the integration of ERP system interfaces, securing seamless adoption and alignment with contractual scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in order management, logistics, and planning, with solid knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS Office tools.
- Strong communication skills in English, with proven ability to work independently and collaborate across levels and cultures.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent prioritization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in project financials, planning, and governance, including experience in process development and compliance in regulated environments.
