This is not just about coming up with big ideas - it’s about making them happen.
You’ll be at the heart of concept development, creating and executing creative concepts that span multiple brands, business functions, and global markets — ranging from digital platforms and printed materials to large-scale brand activations and physical spaces.
Involving the right creative minds along the way, you’ll ensure BESTSELLER’s visual identity is strong, recognizable, and consistent at every touchpoint worldwide.

- You know how to write a strong creative brief—and make sure it delivers.
- You thrive in the agency world but are ready to bring that energy in-house.
- You can sell a concept, align stakeholders, and guide teams towards a shared vision.
- You know what’s trending—but more importantly, you know what works.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the creative direction for BESTSELLER Identity and set the standard for visual excellence.
- Develop and execute high-impact concepts across digital, print, and physical spaces.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and brand strategists to bring ideas to life.
- Ensure consistency, innovation, and aesthetic precision in every project.
- Work closely with teams across the business to shape and strengthen our brand presence.
WHAT YOU BRING
You’re an experienced Art Director, Creative Lead, or Senior Designer with at least 8 years in a creative leadership role - ideally from an agency or an in-house creative team. Your portfolio showcases strong brand storytelling, concept development, and execution across multiple platforms.
