Samsung continues to grow, and we are now looking for a Sales Manager for our Danish Home Appliance Team. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand our customer reach and enhance market presence. We embrace challenges as fuel for growth, always eager for something greater. We endure challenges and constantly evolve to stay ahead and deliver the best to our customers and consumers.

You will be working in our Office in Ballerup and traveling across Denmark to meet customers.
Role and Responsibilities
You will join the driving force of shaping strategies that bring our Home Appliances to Nordic consumers, enhancing their lives and quality of living. As a key driver and a representative of your assigned countries, you will collaborate with dynamic, diverse, and best-in-class teams and talents in Nordic Europe, and a Global perspective for leading Samsung products.
The role is responsible for profitable sell-out growth in Denmark. This involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, retaining existing partner relationships, developing new business, and achieving sales targets. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, market research, business development, and performance monitoring to ensure sustainable growth.
Your tasks include:
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive Nordic sales strategy to achieve targets and maximize market penetration in assigned countries in a relevant and effective way.
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities to increase market share, revenue, and profitability.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and end consumers.
  • Cooperating, leading, and coaching our field forces on effective strategies to influence retail partners and enhance in-store performance.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to capitalize on opportunities and address potentialities effectively.
  • Proactively initiate and drive all aspects of local sales cycle.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align local sales and business development strategies with business goals.
Skills and Qualifications
In the role, you must be someone who thinks broadly and strategically. At the same time, initiates action and gives direction. You are a strong communicator who networks effectively, someone who can successfully persuade and influence others. It will be necessary to be open to new ideas, and you will be able to handle situations and problems with innovation and creativity.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development
  • Strong understanding of consumer electronics and home appliances
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI etc.
  • Readiness to travel across assigned regions.
  • Fluency in Danish and English
It’s beneficial if you also have:
  • A background in home appliances industry, ideally associated with consumer electronics, kitchen, and built-in products
  • A university degree in a relevant field
  • Fluency in other Nordic Languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish)
