Reporting and Analytics Specialist – Group Finance, FP&A Team
Milestone Group Finance's Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reporting and Analytics Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality financial reports and business insights that support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

We are continuously improving financial processes, reporting, and insight generation to better support decision-makers throughout Milestone.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the internal reporting process—develop, maintain, and enhance regular financial reports and dashboards.
- Lead the forecast and quarterly business forecasting processes.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly insights and actionable recommendations for senior management.
- Manage and coordinate Milestone’s budget planning process.
- Support the business with ad hoc analyses, tasks, and strategic projects.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of financial data across multiple systems and reporting platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven insights.
Who Are You?
Ideally, you hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field. You have a holistic understanding of finance and a strong interest in its role in supporting commercial decision-making.
You possess a strong analytical mindset and are skilled at turning data into actionable insights, effectively communicating your findings to stakeholders across Milestone. You have solid IT skills and are a super-user of Microsoft Office—especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI, SQL, and PowerOn is a plus.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required. With more than 50 nationalities represented in our Danish office, English is the corporate language at Milestone.
You Are:
- Experienced or well-versed in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, PowerOn, and SQL is a plus.
- Able to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
- Experienced working cross-functionally, able to connect and build trust with diverse stakeholders throughout the business.
- Structured and well-organized with an eye for quality and detail.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage and complete tasks independently.
