As our Senior Finance Process & Systems Manager, you will deal with high degree of complexity requiring a strategic mindset and a practical approach.
The team you will be part of
At our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark, you will be joining the Group Finance department, where we set Group Finance standards and global finance processes, manage tax and external financial reporting, and provide accounting support for our Global activities.
You will work in a globally integrated, versatile environment, where you will join forces with a diverse and cooperative group of professionals that operate across our organization and have an almost endless number of business touch points.

What will you be doing?
GN Group has recently embarked on a Global finance transformation journey with the goal to standardize and optimize our finance processes. In addition, we have gone live with a new ERP system, Microsoft D365.
We are looking for an experienced professional to join us in this journey to transform, enhance, and optimize the way we work with finance processes and systems across the GN Group.
Our team leads finance transformation efforts and acts as a link between Finance and IT on several key projects and initiatives within GN.
We expect you to be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of broad finance and understand interdependence on a strategic and operational level.
Being a proficient communicator is vital, as is having experience in managing changes across diverse stakeholder groups. With stakeholder interfaces at all levels of the organization, you should possess a high degree of professionalism, work ethics, confidence, and authority.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will amongst others be:
Acting as a global finance process owner and ultimate specialist in selected finance processes who defines and implement processes standardization, process improvements, system access control as well as related policy changes.
Acting as a sparring partner on the specialist subject area across the organization from operational level to strategic levels within senior management teams.
Leading / supporting other Group Finance projects and initiatives as required.
Ensuring progress and prioritization of Microsoft D365 post go-live Change Requests (CRs) portfolio for Finance.
Ensuing process to ensure that permanent solutions for Finance are implemented post D365 Hypercare period.
Bridging the D365 release management process between IT and Finance.
Communicating with finance teams linking finance processes and D365 solution.
To thrive in the role, we imagine that you have:
A higher educational background within finance, accounting, business administration or other relevant fields of study.
Several years of experience within finance (eight years or more), finance processes and systems, business consulting, or related areas – by which you can demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of broad finance area and understand interdependencies on a strategic and operational level.
Well-developed stakeholder- and change management abilities from a complex environment.
The ability to communicate fluently in English both orally and in writing.
Candidates with a background in managing/leading projects and transformation initiatives will be considered.
Personally, you are well-suited to environments that constantly shift, skillfully juggling current responsibilities with a steady gaze on future aims.
While engaging with stakeholders from different parts of the organization, you exhibit considerable professionalism, a diligent and decisive work ethic. Your commitment to attaining goals is evident when working solo or alongside your colleagues – by which you listen and challenge constructively with a constructive attitude.
