We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Regional Retail Manager to elevate retail performance across both established and emerging markets.
THE TEAM
As a Regional Retail Manager at VERO MODA, you will lead a dynamic team of retail professionals across multiple locations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing and operations, to achieve our brand's vision and ensure seamless customer experience. Together, we will shape the future of fashion retail.
THE ROLE
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in our current markets and contributing to the development of new market entries.
Furthermore, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and following up with our local retail partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and strong retail performance
- Taking responsibility for topline growth and P&L across your markets
- Managing operational tasks in existing markets, with a strong focus on process optimization and increasing sales performance
- Ensuring excellence in customer service and a unified brand experience across stores
- Driving retail expansion in new markets
- Contributing to long-term planning and strategic development of our global retail setup
- Supporting outlet business, depending on market opportunities

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a hands-on retail leader with a strong drive for execution and impact. You are quick to act, proactive by nature and comfortable making business-critical decisions. You combine commercial sharpness with a pragmatic, can-do approach – and you know how to translate strategy into action.
You bring:
- Solid retail management experience. Perhaps you’ve worked as a Retail Manager in a national context and are now ready to take the next international step. Experience from the fashion industry is an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- A talent for inspiring others and getting things done
- Communicate fluently in English – both written and spoken
