If so, this might be the position for you. In PS API Expansions, we are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join our team.
The position
As Project Coordinator (ADM), you will assist management to build and operate a new project organisation. Your duties will include:
- Support the Project Management team and its assistants on administrative tasks in order for the team to be effective and efficient.
- Coordinate calendar bookings for meetings, workshops, etc.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitments of both employees and consultants to help the project organisation grow and develop its competences in line with project plans.
- Drive structured onboarding of new colleagues, making them feel welcome to the team, project, and Novo Nordisk.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
About the department
You will be joining M3 IT, Automation, and Robotics in PS API Expansions. The area is anchored in Novo Nordisk CMC & Product Supply, which employs approximately 30,500 of Novo Nordisk’s 75,500 employees globally. PS API Expansions is a growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major API Expansions projects across Novo Nordisk to serve the needs of millions of patients. We build and design our future API facilities as multi-product facilities with the flexibility to accommodate future processes and display a state-of-the-art technology and working environment. We focus on delivering the highest quality to patients worldwide in an efficient and environmentally sustainable way.
M3 IT, Automation, and Robotics is a growing department within the M3 Project with about 55 total employees from 20 different nationalities. Our department is primarily made up of Project Managers and Automation and IT Professionals. We are a dynamic group that covering all of IT, Automation, and Robotics for the entire project
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
- Have experience from a similar administrative position
- Ideally have some project management experience
- Be driven by a strong motivation to succeed with every task given
- Have good IT skills to quickly learn and adapt to new IT systems and tools
- English proficiency (verbal and written)
