Your new role

As a Student Intern in our Indirect Procurement team, you will play an integral role in supporting our organisation. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in Procurement and other stakeholders across the company. Your main responsibilities will include:

Providing input to and gathering information for Category strategies.
Supporting the broader organisation by retrieving, reviewing, and uploading contracts into our E-Procurement system, Coupa.
Running sourcing events in Coupa.
Preparing presentations and other visual materials.
Offering general support for ad hoc tasks.

Practicalities:

Period: Minimum 4 months with possible extension
The working week is 37 hours and is expected to be a full-time working week.
You must be enrolled at a university as a master student throughout the employment period.
Start date: 1 October 2025 or as agreed.

Your new department

The Indirect Procurement team is part of the Business Support department at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S. Our team supports the organisation with Indirect and CAPEX procurement, as well as general contracting questions. Business Support also includes Finance, Sustainability Partnering, and Legal functions, all under the leadership of the CFO. Located in a dynamic and collaborative environment, we work together to ensure the smooth operation of our business and contribute to the success of Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S.

Your skills & qualifications

The candidate should have the following or developing qualifications:

You are studying your master’s degree and have an interest in a career within Procurement/Sourcing.
Excellent Excel and Power Point Skills.
Great stakeholder management and communication skills.
Able to work independently
Fluency in English.
Danish speaking or in the process of learning Danish.
