Do you thrive in the space where creativity meets structure, and where timelines drive innovation?
Would you enjoy working in a multicultural design environment where your planning skills help turn ideas into products loved around the world?
As Planner in ECCO’s Design Studio, you will be the strategic anchor for seasonal planning – ensuring clarity, coordination and momentum across teams, timelines and prototypes.
You connect planning, people and product creation
Based in Tønder, you will join our Design Studio team – a closely-knit team of creatives with expertise from shoe design to styling and innovation. We collaborate closely with ECCO’s product teams to develop the best design-solutions for each of our consumer’s many wearing moments across each of the brand’s global markets.
As our new Planner, you are the strategic link between creative processes and operational timelines. You make sure that all teams in the Design Studio stay on track and aligned with key milestones – from idea to prototype to collection. By driving timelines, aligning priorities and coordinating deliverables with key stakeholders, you maintain momentum across seasons.
More specifically, you will:
- Manage the end-to-end calendar including workshops, meetings and deliverables across design functions
- Ensure target-setting processes are aligned with stakeholders in development, logistics and materials
- Keep full overview of all prototypes, material trials and samples – including status, deadlines and next steps
- Build dashboards and reporting tools to track planning KPIs across teams and seasons
- Drive clear communication flows between Design Studio and its key partners
Experienced planner with a structured mindset
With strong coordination skills and a clear overview, you are able to manage complexity and keep momentum across shifting priorities. And as a structured and proactive person, you bring drive, persistence and clarity into collaboration with many stakeholders.
In addition, we imagine that you:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher
- Have solid experience within planning
- Have exceptional stakeholder management skills and can build strong relationships across departments and cultures
- Bring experience with project management
- Work systematically and follow up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
A central role with real impact
This is your chance to take on a key position at the heart of ECCO’s creative engine. You will have real influence on how collections come together – from idea to prototype – and be trusted to lead planning processes across multiple functions. With wide exposure and high ownership, you will make a visible difference across seasons and markets.
And, as you have probably already noticed, we are a workplace with many cultures – so no matter your background, you will feel at home here.
Are you ready for your next challenge?
We will invite candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis, so do not hesitate to apply. However, please expect a delay in our response as we are off enjoying our summer holidays. We expect to review CVs early to mid August.
