Recruitment & Employee app responsibility in one exciting role (Maternity cover)

We are looking for a People & Development Specialist to join us at our international HQ in Aarhus for a maternity cover starting 1. September. This role is a unique blend of recruitment and HR administration, with a strong focus on managing and developing our internal communication platform.
About the job
You will be a key player in supporting BOLIA's recruitment activities and will be the go-to person for everything related to our employee app, which is the heart of all communication, training, and employee engagement across our stores and HQ.
The role requires a structured mindset, strong system understanding, and a creative eye for layout, content, and user experience, as well as the ability to juggle a variety of ad hoc and admin tasks.
This is a full-time maternity cover.
Your main tasks
Recruitment
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, candidate contact)
- Preparing job ads and updating competence/job descriptions
- Conducting reference checks and supporting managers in the hiring process Communicating professionally and clearly with both candidates and hiring managers
Employee app administration & development
- Daily management of our Relesys platform (our employee app used for communication, training, and engagement)
- Coordinating the back-end, page structure, rights, user setup, reporting and system maintenance
- Owning the front-end: content layout, graphic updates, and ensuring a great user experience
- Uploading and maintaining training material and campaign content
- Working closely with Relesys support to continuously develop and optimize the employee app
- Tracking engagement, sending push notifications, and updating navigation/flow Acting as a sparring partner for departments and stores using the app
Other administrative & ad hoc tasks
- Assisting with HR documentation, employee data, and systems (Tamigo, Talent Recruiter, Talent Manager)
- Handling administrative follow-up tasks related to HR operations
- Supporting managers and employees with incoming questions and service
- Taking on various ad hoc People & Development tasks that pop up in a dynamic organization
Your profile
We imagine that you:
- Have experience with recruitment and enjoy communicating with many different stakeholders
- Have a technical and creative flair, especially when it comes to working in digital platforms
- Are systematic, detail-oriented and enjoy ownership over tools and tasks
- Are confident working in systems like Relesys, Tamigo, or other HR/communication platforms
- Work independently and thrive in an environment where no two days are alike
- Speak and write fluent English and Danish
- Bring energy, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of service
