The Role
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will design and deliver high-quality training programs for our service teams worldwide, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and continuous learning. You will work closely with your colleagues in Service Academy and with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create engaging e-learning and other self-paced learning content and support instructors in delivering impactful classroom training.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging training content, using various tools and formats
- Manage and deploy courses in FossLearning
- Drive training quality, harmonization, and continuous improvement
- Support and guide instructors in developing classroom training
- Collaborate globally to ensure programs meet diverse learner needs
About You
- Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- 1-3 years’ experience in instructional design or learning and development
- Skilled in e-learning tools (e.g., Camtasia, Articulate, Descript) and AI-based content creation
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and strong cultural awareness
- Able to manage multiple projects at the same time and drive continuous improvements
