Today we are running 100+ JACK & JONES Outlet stores, across 20 countries. JJXX is our new female sub brand to JACK&JONES, where we are planning to open stores with within the coming 3 years. And if you think that’s already ambitious, at the same time we are enlarging our JUNIOR business as well.
We are looking for a new colleague to support the stores and to coordinate new store openings.
YOUR TEAM
You will be part of a passionate and energetic Outlet team, consisting of the Head of Outlet, a Buyer, Buying Assistant, Planner, Visual Merchandiser, and a VM Coordinator – all working towards the shared goal of growing our outlet business. The team is based in our Retail department, home to more than 30 colleagues with competencies spanning retail operations, planning, buying, visual merchandising, omnichannel, and digital retail. Together, we ensure the smooth operation of over 1,000 stores while constantly improving how we work and expanding into new markets. You’ll be part of a truly international and dynamic environment with a strong social vibe and room to grow.
YOUR ROLE
As Outlet Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our stores and franchise partners – acting as their go-to person for everything from prices at their cash desk to ordering mannequins and hangers. Besides that, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting new store openings.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- Coordinating with the Warehouse: set a side, release, POD’s
- Managing promotions at store cash desks
- Creating and distributing the weekly outlet newsletter with commercial strategy updates
- Providing RFID support to stores
- Supporting marketing initiatives in collaboration with landlords.

You thrive in a structured and coordinating role. You enjoy working with many different stakeholders and have a natural ability to keep things on track. You are a strong communicator who isn’t afraid to take initiative – and you always go the extra mile to support your team and our stores. As a true team player, you contribute to a positive and collaborative environment.
We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Great communication skills
- A structured and solution-oriented mindset
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
