In this role you will be responsible for:
- Tracking and reporting on the performance of LEGO Insiders membership campaigns.
- Develop and implement performance & optimization processes to monitor and track key performance metrics related to core centrally driven membership campaigns.
- Supporting the Senior Manager, Membership Campaigns to develop insight-driven membership campaigns across LEGO Branded Channels and retail partners.
- Provide campaign performance learnings, results and recommendations to inform the planning of future membership campaigns.
- Analyzing campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth (e.g. conversion rates, churn, etc.)
- Identify requirements for dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear visibility across member funnel KPIs.
- Lead the membership campaign performance reporting to monitor against targets and goals across the membership funnel KPIs.
- Presenting performance updates, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations to partner stakeholders.
- Lead the communication of membership campaign performance, including business and stakeholder updates, performance learnings and recommendations.
- Support and partner with key stakeholders to test and iterate on messaging, targeting, and channels to improve campaign ROI.
- Ensuring robust tagging, attribution and data-collection practices to maintain reporting integrity.
- Collaborate with Finance and Performance & Development partners to model impact of campaigns on overall membership north-star KPIs.
- Partner with Membership Performance & Development team to define reporting and optimization needs and integrate reporting into a central repository of performance & insights.

The Membership Campaign Performance Manager is an important role to help transform membership at the LEGO Group through the measurement, reporting and optimisation of best-in-class, member-led marketing campaigns. This position will be responsible for using data to help attract and activate key audiences to LEGO Insiders membership.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience in a marketing, CRM, or performance analytics role, preferably with a focus on loyalty programs.
- Proven track record of analysing marketing performance and delivering insight-led optimisations, with a strong understanding of customer journeys, lifecycle stages, and retention strategies.
- Experience with navigating and building support among a diverse group of stakeholders in a global company.
- Strong structured problem solving & communication capabilities.
- Experience working in a global multi-cultural manufacturing company with a complex channel mix (D2C and B2B).
- As a person you are positive and solution-oriented; you are a true team player, whilst also able to work independently, and setting clear direction; you have an inherent drive and excels at stakeholder management and influencing partners.
