Could you be the full-time onsite Material Planner in Hvidovre, Denmark, we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates in our new depot in central Copenhagen.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the on-time delivery of procured parts while optimizing stock levels to support production targets. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (planning, projects, procurement, quality, and logistics), oversee vendor payments, and implement supplier improvement plans, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of supplier performance monitoring and ERP logistics parameter accuracy, but also contribute to root cause analysis for missing parts and mitigation actions.
We’ll look to you for:
Expressing delivery needs to suppliers using dedicated tools
Following up on deliveries and ensuring the availability of goods for the project
Participating in or leading supplier performance improvement initiatives
Contributing with supply chain inputs for supplier selection
Ensuring material planning and ERP settings align with project supply chain objectives
Creating and communicating material planning documents to suppliers and following up on their confirmations
Organizing and maintaining regular reviews with suppliers to monitor delivery status and performance
Analyzing and managing MRP exception messages while anticipating supply problems
Maintaining and updating Material Master parameters in SAP related to material supply
- Excellent in Speaking and Understanding English & Danish can be a plus

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Experience or understanding of material requirements planning and inventory management
Knowledge of industrial scheduling and transport & distribution principles
Familiarity with supply chain information systems, particularly SAP
Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve goods receipt issues effectively
Data analytics proficiency to analyze and share delivery performance KPIs
Basic project management skills to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Agility in managing multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities
