At Eupry, we’re expanding rapidly across Europe and into the US market, and we’re looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic Logistics-Lab team, currently consisting of 6 dedicated colleagues. You’ll play a key role in the daily operations of our ISO-accredited laboratory, support the testing of new sensors, and help scale our lab facilities as we grow.
Your Main Responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
At Eupry, we’re expanding rapidly across Europe and into the US market, and we’re looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic Logistics-Lab team, currently consisting of 6 dedicated colleagues. You’ll play a key role in the daily operations of our ISO-accredited laboratory, support the testing of new sensors, and help scale our lab facilities as we grow.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Support Daily Lab Operations
- Plan and perform calibrations of temperature and humidity sensors.
- Follow procedures and ensure daily work complies with our quality manual.
- Compare hands-on practices with written documentation and suggest improvements.
- Carry out both standard and non-standard calibration tasks.
- Help maintain calibration equipment and ensure regular maintenance is completed.
- Assist with Testing and Development
- Perform physical and functional tests on new and existing Eupry hardware (e.g., Data Loggers, sensors, extenders)
- Create and maintain structured test protocols and reports based on internal and customer requirements
- Collaborate with the Hardware team by providing feedback and insights from lab work.
- Contribute to Lab Expansion and Optimization
- Support the setup of new lab areas, including calibration chambers.
- Assist with planning calibrations and optimizing lab capacity.

Identify technical issues and coordinate with team members to resolve them.
What We’re Looking For
- Background in laboratory science, technical testing, quality assurance, or engineering
- Proactive detailed mindset and basic troubleshooting skills (e.g., restarting a device, replacing a cable, checking physical setup).
- Interest in metrology, quality processes, and calibration work.
- Ability to read and apply technical documentation and guidelines.
- Strong team spirit, with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts or early morning shifts.
- Willingness to work 1–2 hours on occasional weekends against compensation.

Prior experience with working in an ISO-17026 Laboratory, and under GMP requirements is an advantage.
