We are currently in search of a Junior Software Engineer to join our web development team at JYSK. This role involves collaboration with various business units, and as an integral part of the team, you will contribute to implementing web applications used by over 100 million customers across 28 countries. Your responsibilities will include creating intuitive user interactions for both our customers and store employees.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- developing and maintaining JYSK’s web applications with a focus on performance, stability and scalability
- working closely with team members and stakeholders to build seamless user experience
- showing accountability for existing applications and contributing to continuous improvements
- staying updated on latest Web technologies and share knowledge in the department
- receive and give technical guidance in the development team to constantly improve both you and your colleagues' skills

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- was a top of class student
- has experience with React, Typescripts, HTML and CSS
- has good communications skills and work well in a small or cross-functional team
- has a proactive approach to improving solutions and challenging the status quo
- brings a positive, learning and growth mindset
- has prior experience with web development in an agile team is a plus
