- Education: A bachelor’s degree in data engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, coupled with solid technical competencies.
- Experience: Proven expertise in managing servers and applications, with experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry considered a plus.
- Approach: A structured and data-driven mindset for handling tasks effectively.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders across all organizational levels, including senior management.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent decision-making and analytical abilities.
- Technical Expertise: Experience with one or more of the following software/tools:
