Danfoss Drives is offering an exciting Engineering Internship opportunity within our iC7 Software Platform Team in Graasten, Denmark. As an intern, you’ll become a part of a highly skilled and innovative team that develops embedded software and tools for next-generation frequency converters used worldwide in green and efficient technologies. 

What You’ll Be Doing

 During your internship, you will have the opportunity to engage in various high-impact assignments such as:

• Enhancing the usability and functionality of internal software tools, including the Drive Builder Tool

• Creating effective strategies and tools for internal knowledge sharing and documentation of core team expertise

• Co-developing the strategic direction for our MyDrive Programming (PLC Programmability tool)

• Collaborating on the development of an AI strategy that will shape how we use artificial intelligence in our software processes

• Supporting the cyber security upskilling initiatives across the team by helping build awareness and competencies

What We're Looking For

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Strong analytical skills and interest in software tools, process improvement, and digital transformation

• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn

• Familiarity with programming concepts and a basic understanding of industrial software is a plus
