- Maintaining and ensuring the quality of technical drawings (buildings, installations, and utilities)
- Developing and coordinating IKT processes in projects, in close collaboration with project managers and consultants
- Contributing to the transition from 2D to 3D – including the implementation of Revit and work with BIM
- Structuring documentation, metadata, and drawing management
- Collecting and validating models and drawings from external suppliers
- A technical background, for example as a building technician, construction technologist, technical designer, or engineer
- Experience with technical documentation and drawing management (e.g., BIM360)
- Solid skills in AutoCAD, and preferably PC Schematic
- Knowledge of or interest in Revit and IKT processes (e.g., Dalux)
- Experience with or familiarity with documentation systems such as MDoc (an advantage)
- A structured approach and the ability to maintain an overview in complex datasets
- Strong collaboration skills
