Are you an experienced and motivated engineering leader with a strong background in shipbuilding or offshore construction? Do you want to contribute to a nationally significant naval defence project? If so, we want to hear from you!
Your position
In your new position as Head of Assembly & Technical Management in the Defence Projects division, you will be a key member of the team delivering Denmark’s future Arctic patrol vessels. Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy and maritime industry, right on the waterfront – views do not get any better than this. The position is full-time, and you can expect to travel as required to production facilities and partner sites.
Your tasks & responsibilities
As Head of Assembly & Technical Management, you will be responsible for developing and executing the production and assembly strategy for the Arctic patrol vessels, from early design through to construction and delivery.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- A BSc or MSc in structural, marine, mechanical, or electrical engineering
- Solid experience in shipbuilding or offshore construction projects
- Familiarity with international classification rules (e.g., DNV, ABS)
- Experience interpreting technical drawings and 3D models
- Fluency in English – written and spoken (Danish is an advantage)
