About the Role:
As a Group Financial Controller at 3Shape, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality financial reporting, supporting local finance teams, and driving improvements across financial processes. You will be part of a team that are responsible for group controlling, consolidation, VAT and tax matters, and supporting audits. You will also contribute to group-wide initiatives such as policy development and transfer pricing.
You will be part of the HQ Finance team reporting to the finance manager and join a team of 5 engaged colleagues. The team is anchored within the CFO-area and is characterized by a diverse and international working environment with constant focus on driving impact for 3Shape and developing our employees. You will work closely with the rest of the HQ finance function as well with finance functions in foreign subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly financial controlling tasks
- Execute monthly group consolidation processes
- Prepare group quarterly reports and annual financial statements
- Drive improvements in financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Participate in external audits; ensure IFRS compliance
- Support VAT, tax, and transfer pricing efforts
- Conduct financial reviews with global subsidiaries
- Perform controlling visits to 3shape global subsidiaries.
Qualifications:
- Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proficient knowledge of IFRS or Danish Financial Statement Act
- Familiarity with ERP systems and internal controls
- Advanced Excel skills
- At least 2 years of relevant experience — auditing or group controlling
- Professional, engaged, and a clear communicator
