Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your financial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving operational efficiency. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (accounting, operations, and senior management), handle month-end closings, perform capacity planning, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Preparing and ensuring accurate month-end financial reports,

Managing and overseeing day-to-day accounting operations,
-
Conducting financial controlling and analysis to support decision-making,
-
Assisting in capacity planning and resource allocation within the Finance Department ,
-
Ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations,
-
Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices,
-
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights,
-
Supporting audits and ensuring proper documentation,
-
Monitoring financial performance and identifying variances.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field ,

Experience or understanding of financial controlling and accounting practices ,

Knowledge of month-end closing processes and financial reporting ,

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams ,

Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel) ,

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure ,

Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on financial regulations and best practices
