Are you interested in numbers and finance? Are you looking for a part time role where you can actually get practical experience? Then this might be for you!
We are looking for a motivated finance student assistant, who likes to work with numbers and finance. You will be getting a lot of responsibility and will own multiple areas of the finance function, and make sure invoicing, accounts receivable, and other areas are running smoothly. You will be reporting to the company’s CEO, Pil Byriel and work with the part-time CFO, Jens Karstoft.
What you will do:
- Work closely with our outsourced bookkeeping agency
- Invoice clients and run the accounts receivable (AR) process
- Control costs and vendors
- Coordinating with teams to meet internal deadlines related to month-end closing
- Managing and following up on employee expenses to ensure accurate documentation and correct posting in our finance systems
- Gaining insight into existing finance processes and contributing to their improvement based on your daily tasks and observations
The position is for approximately 10 hours per week. The working days in the end of the month will be busier than the beginning of the month, but we naturally accommodate your academic schedule and exams when planning your hours.

- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets
- High proficiency in Professional English, both spoken and written
- Ability to work with limited supervision
