EVENT EXPERIENCE MANAGER
We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project with our client in the renewable industry. More specifically, a strong profile who can cover for a paternity leave.
You will be responsible for the creation, development, and execution of memorable and impactful event experiences that align with our client's brand and objectives. This role involves overseeing the entire life cycle of events; from concept to conclusion.
Location: Greater Copenhagen, onsite 3-4 days a week
OBS! This role requires availability to work outside of standard office hours and job descriptions, and to travel in relation to events
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Develop event themes, objectives, and strategies that align with our client's branding and goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure event relevance and impact
- Oversee planning, logistics, budgeting, and execution of events, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired standard
- Manage vendor and venue relationships, negotiations, and contracts (our client's policies applicable when signing and procuring)
- Design engaging and interactive experiences for attendees, including event flow, content, user journeys, and activities
- Utilise technology and innovative ideas to enhance the attendee experience
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Excellent experience with similar tasks as it is expected you can perform after a short introduction
- Event project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously
- Organizational and cultural knowledge
- Stakeholder management skills
- Leadership abilities
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Communication and interpersonal skills, curious with have a self-driven mindset and a passion for making an impact
- Take the lead, solve complex tasks, analyze the situation, and come up with suggested solution that fits the need
- Able to work outside of standard office hours and job descriptions, and to travel in relation to events
- Able to start in July
- Professional level of English - both oral and verbal Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
