PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE SUPPORTER
We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project in the renewable industry. More specifically, we are looking for a structured and delivery-oriented consultant for the NIS2 Cybersecurity Programme PMO. You will report to the PMO lead and play a key role providing programme transparency, coordination, progress monitoring and reporting across governance layers and workstreams.
The revised Network and Information Security Directive (NIS2) introduces a unified set of requirements and measures for managing cybersecurity risks, reporting incidents, addressing supply chain vulnerabilities, and promoting cooperation especially within critical sectors like energy. The main objectives for their ongoing NIS2 Cybersecurity Programme includes:
Lead and implement a NIS2 compliance programme with clearly defined safeguarding responsibilities from our client’s key EU operating markets
Plan, design, and execute conformance assessments to understand compliance situation
Provide necessary support and guidance for first line to conduct necessary remediation in the 1st line (e.g., local implementation of controls, management, and mitigation of risk)
Location: Greater Copenhagen area, hybrid.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Support the PMO lead in driving, coordinating and maintaining the existing programme plan continuously assessing maturity and prioritising further enablement activities
- Track milestones and activities so progress on critical initiatives is transparent to program management team
- Prepare reporting, dashboards and documentation for programme management and executive management
- Provide timely, accurate and standardized reporting to stakeholders on progress, issues and risks
- Support complex, cross-organisational projects with engagement of senior leadership
- Act as a central point of contact for programme updates, issue resolution and governance coordination
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Has experience in planning, coordination, reporting and execution
- Has experience with project management
- Proficient in programme planning, milestone tracking, and risk management
- Proficient in reporting and documentation for executive audiences
- Familiar with IT- and compliance-driven transformation programmes
- Able to drive follow-up and structure across multiple interdependent workstreams/projects
- Strong in written and verbal communication skills to standardise messaging across the programme and stakeholders
- Is detail oriented and structured, also concerning time
- Is a strong relation builder and has experience working with different types and levels
- Nice-to-have: Experience with the energy sector and understands the current cybersecurity challenges and regulatory requirements (ref. Klima-, Energi- og Forsyningsministeriet, Lov om styrket beredskab i energisektoren af 06/03/2025)
- Nice-to-have: Knowledge and experience with cyber and information security
- Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
- Professional level of English - both oral and written
