We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Delivery Director to lead our Nordic Delivery organisation that is responsible for our services within validation, calibration, consultancy & monitoring enabling GMP compliance. Reporting to the Country Manager and with a dotted line to the VP of Global Delivery, this role will be instrumental in accelerating Ellab’s commercial growth across the Nordics, driving revenue through service excellence and strategic partnerships.

The Position

- Market Insight & Competitive PositioningContribute to shaping Ellab’s regional delivery strategy by leveraging market intelligence and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain competitive and differentiated.

About You
Ideally, you bring:
- 10+ years of experience in service delivery within life sciences or similarly regulated industries.
- Proven financial, commercial, and operational leadership experience.
- Strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Great language skills. You need to be fluent in English and it is a major advantage if you are fluent in Danish too.
