Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a moulding strategy that balances mass production with innovation.
Operational Excellence: Optimize costs and quality in production and qualification processes using LEAN principles.
Production Management: Oversee 7-10 production modules, managing diverse moulding complexities in our 24/7 production.
Qualifying Oversight: Support Qualifying, focusing on sustainable materials and advanced mould technologies.
Customer Commitment: Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
Talent Development: Endorse training initiatives and oversee the apprentice academy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, quality, and PMD teams to address global moulding challenges.
Innovation Engagement: Participate and lead steering groups for mass production and innovation.
Sustainability Focus: Promote operational excellence and sustainability while meeting production goals.
Coaching and Mentorship: Mentor teams and embody strong leadership practices.

Our dedicated team of 15 skilled engineers, senior specialists, and plastic makers is committed to advancing moulding technologies. Through close collaboration with Engineering & Quality (E&Q), PMD, and various manufacturing sites around the globe, we ensure the global implementation of innovative solutions that drive success.
Do you have what it takes?
Project Management: Proven ability to drive strategic projects that enhance sales and innovation.
Collaboration Skills: Experience in setting shared goal with internal teams and global partners.
Team Development: Track record of engaging and motivating teams while aligning skills with future challenges.
Innovation Focus: Proactive in developing technologies that meet customer demands and trends.
Proven Experience in industrial manufacturing at a senior management level and LEAN methodologies.
Additional Skills: Proficient in IT, strong influencing skills, ability to balance diverse priorities, and willingness to travel (+20 days).
