Design Resource Pipeline Manager

the LEGO Group
Region Syddanmark
for 1 dag siden

Are you passionate about organising, orchestrating, and project leading assessment centres for creative LEGO Designers? As the Design Resource Pipeline Manager , you will have the exciting opportunity to design and lead innovative evaluation programs with a focus on identifying the unique creative strengths of individuals and aspiring creators.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with LEGO designers, leaders, and strategy teams to ensure that our design potential assessment efforts align with our evolving creative ambitions
  • Design and lead evaluation programs, focused on identifying designers’ creative strengths with an understanding of the capabilities that we need to tackle future portfolio challenges and opportunities
  • Build and maintain a pool of future designers: from independent builders to professional designers
  • Launch and refine initiatives that allow LEGO Design to connect early with promising individuals, long before they might join the organization
  • Translate future creative needs into external-facing initiatives — enabling us to explore new communities, geographies, or design fields
  • Represent the Design & Innovation Excellence team in global forums and events — identifying new sources of creative inspiration and connection

Play your part in our team succeeding

Based in Billund, Denmark, LEGO Design is a global collective of nearly 600 designers. We don’t just react to needs - we prepare for them. You will join the Design & Innovation Excellence team, an enabling function passionate about long-term creative capability. Your role is to create the systems, tools, and programs that help us stay connected to exceptional designers - especially in places traditional pathways don’t reach. Rather than sourcing for open roles, your work will build a foundation of creative readiness — helping LEGO Design see further, sooner.

Do you have what it takes?

  • A bachelor’s degree, for example in a business-related field or equivalent working experience
  • A strong interest or experience in consumer-packaged goods and/or digital content marketing
  • Experience designing or leading assessment programs, workshops, or challenges with the ability to confidently present in front of an audience and deliver a great event experience
  • A strong sense of creative judgment and familiarity with design fields, such as physical product, digital, visual or interactive design combined with curiosity about exploring designers' raw and growth potential in those areas
  • Proven skills in program or experience design, especially in educational, community or design innovation settings
  • Organized, proactive, and structured working style, plus a passion for project leading and collaborating across creative, strategic, and operational teams
  • Experienced in building creative pipelines that prioritize exploration, community, and long-term relationship building over short-term filling of roles
  • Tech savvy with an understanding of Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, potentially SAP) including a curiosity about creating digital workflows, dashboards or databases that bring structure and insights into external engagement activities
